ABOUT
After graduating from the University of Western Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy) in 2001 and Masters of Osteopathy in 2003, Fiona has been working in private practice on Sydney's Northern Beaches ever since.
​
With a keen interest in snow skiing, she worked with Disabled Wintersport Australia helping guide athletes with a disability learning to ski. She was selected to look after the Australian Paralympic Ski Team travelling with them on the World Cup Circuit to the 2006 Paralympics in Torino, Italy where she was the Medical Officer and Team Osteopath. Fiona continues to be involved with Snow Australia as a National Classifier for athletes with a disability looking to compete at an international level.

Having worked with people from all backgrounds and presentations, she also has a keen interest in women's and children's health having completed further study in areas of pelvic pain and dysfunction and paediatrics.
​
Whether it is supporting women pre and post natally, assessing a new born baby or helping the avid sports person to maximise performance or address injuries, Fiona has a wide range of experience in many areas.
​
Fiona is trained in a number of modalities that she incorporates into her treatments. Some of these include soft tissue mobilisation, craniosacral therapy, balanced ligamentous technique, muscle energy technique, joint manipulation, low level laser therapy and Bowen Therapy. Each patient is unique in their presentation, so treatments are adapted to the individual.

She's lucky enough to have grown 2 gorgeous boys who are now 13 & 14 giving her an excellent understanding of the demands of parenting! They keep her on her toes as she continues to try and keep up with them on the slopes, mountain bike trails and beaches!
